Game Night Socials
Toronto Game Night & Chill was started by Co-Founders Justin Cuaresma (Founder of CrowdParty) and Andrea Lo (Founder of Toronto Event Hub) who recognized an amazing opportunity to combine their business expertise and personal values of bringing joy, connecting people, and building a community. Ever since April 2021 during the pandemic, Toronto Game Night & Chill has been hosting monthly game night socials to help bring fun back and people together to socialize over games.
What kind of games? Anything fun and interactive for groups to play, which ranges from trivia, board games, video games, arcade games, and will soon expand to other more immersive formats like escape rooms, active gaming, adventure sports, VR, etc.
You do NOT have to be a “gamer” to come out and enjoy these socials as our events attract 30-60 attendees each time, ranging from all ages, backgrounds, and industries. We often see many folks who just moved to Toronto as this events are the perfect opportunity to make new friends in the city!
How are we different? We always open with our custom trivia (via CrowdParty) which is interactive and themed with the relevant signficant date or holiday of that month. The trivia acts as an icebreaker and engaging way for attendees to get to know one another - before we break into open gaming. Every event is also hosted by a dedicated and experienced emcee (Andrea) who is ensuring you’re having fun and meeting new people.
Andrea has established amazing partnerships to support many local businesses to host game nights, such as Freeplay, Rec Room, and TacoTaco.
